The MinusK WS-4 is a complete vibration isolation workstation system that pairs four MinusK negative-stiffness isolators with a rigid platform to create a complete, turn-key isolation solution for precision laboratory instruments. The four-isolator configuration provides stable, level support for medium to heavy instrument loads across a large platform, making the WS-4 ideal for instruments that require both vibration isolation and a stable, rigid workspace – including large optical systems, interferometers, scanning electron microscopes on floor-level platforms, and multi-component experimental setups. All four isolators operate on the patented negative-stiffness mechanism, providing 0.5 Hz natural frequency in all axes without any external utilities. The rigid top platform distributes the instrument load across all four isolators and provides a flat, stable mounting surface. The WS-4 workstation can be configured to the required height and platform dimensions for different laboratory setups.
