HORIBA Scientific’s OEM Raman Systems provide manufacturers of analytical instruments and process equipment with a range of modular Raman spectroscopy solutions that can be embedded directly into their own platforms. Rather than a standalone instrument, HORIBA OEM Raman products are optimized building blocks — compact spectrographs, fiber-coupled Raman probes, CCD/InGaAs detectors, and lasers — engineered for system integration, reliability, and long-term production supply.

At the core of the OEM portfolio are HORIBA’s high-throughput spectrographs, available in various focal lengths and optimized for Raman signal collection efficiency, wavelength range, and resolution. These spectrographs can be paired with HORIBA’s range of lasers (from UV through NIR) and probes designed for specific measurement geometries — immersion probes for liquids, stand-off probes for solids, or high-collection-efficiency probes for weakly scattering samples. HORIBA also offers its fully integrated OEM Raman modules, which combine laser, spectrograph, and detector in a single compact enclosure for simpler integration.
