The HORIBA FluoroMax Plus is a high-performance research fluorescence spectrometer in the FluoroMax series, designed for demanding steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence measurements across UV to NIR wavelengths. The FluoroMax Plus features a single-grating excitation monochromator and single-grating emission monochromator with high-sensitivity R928P photomultiplier tube detection, delivering low detection limits and excellent signal-to-noise performance for fluorescence spectroscopy of chemical, biochemical, and materials samples. The system is T-channel equipped, allowing direct measurement of fluorescence anisotropy (polarization) without accessories, making it ideal for molecular rotation studies, protein-ligand binding, and membrane dynamics research. The FluoroMax Plus is compatible with a comprehensive range of accessories including integrating sphere for absolute quantum yield measurement, cuvette holders for temperature-controlled measurements, fiber-optic probes for remote sensing, and TCSPC (time-correlated single photon counting) lifetime modules.
