BioNavis, founded in 2006 in Tampere, Finland, develops the world’s only Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) instruments — the SPR Navi™ series. Unlike conventional SPR, MP-SPR simultaneously measures binding kinetics, film thickness, and optical properties in a single experiment, in both liquid and gas phases. The technology was developed in collaboration with Dr. Ulf Jönsson, founder of Biacore and a pioneer of commercial SPR, and Dr. Janusz Sadowski of VTT Finland.
