The BioNavis 220A NAALI is a dual-channel Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance instrument that brings the full-curve MP-SPR measurement capability of BioNavis to a two-channel configuration. The dual-channel designallows simultaneous measurement on a sample channel and a reference channel, enabling background subtraction and improved data quality for biomolecular interaction studies. Alternatively, both channels can be used for parallel sample comparison, increasing experimental throughput. Like all MP-SPR instruments from BioNavis, the NAALI scans the full angular SPR curve, providing not only binding kinetics but also real-time information on the physical properties of adsorbed layers including thickness and refractive index. This makes it uniquely powerful for monitoring structural changes in surface films during binding events. The 220A NAALI is well-suited for biosensor development, drug-target interaction studies, and surface functionalization optimization.
