The BioNavis 210A VASA is a single-channel Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance instrument offering an extended angular measurement range compared to the entry-level 200 OTSO. The extended range enables measurements on a wider variety of sensor substrates, including high-refractive-index materials and surfaces beyond standard gold-coated glass, expanding the range of accessible experiments. Like all BioNavis MP-SPR instruments, the VASA scans the full SPR angular curve rather than operating at a fixed angle, providing simultaneous information on binding kinetics, adlayer thickness, and refractive index in real time. This makes it particularly valuable for researchers working with polymer films, lipid bilayers, nanoparticle deposition, or complex biological interfaces where the physical properties of the film change during the experiment. The 210A VASA is suitable for both biomolecular interaction analysis and thin film characterization.
