Optosigma Microscope Objectives are infinity-corrected, RMS-threaded objectives compatible with standard microscope frames for research, inspection, and OEM integration. The catalog includes Plan Achromat designs for cost-effective imaging, Plan Apochromat designs for chromatic aberration-free fluorescence, and long-working-distance (LWD) designs for applications requiring clearance between the objective and sample.
Objective types:
– Plan Achromat: flat field; chromatic correction at two wavelengths; standard for brightfield and phase contrast
– Plan Fluorite (Plan Semi-Apochromat): chromatic correction at three wavelengths; suitable for fluorescence imaging
– Plan Apochromat: chromatic correction at four or more wavelengths; highest image quality for multi-color fluorescence
– Long working distance (LWD): working distance greater than 10 mm; for imaging through thick cover glass or in microfluidic devices
