Microscope Sample Stage

Optosigma Microscope Sample Stages are precision positioning platforms for holding and translating microscope samples, compatible with standard upright and inverted microscope stage openings.

Manual XY stages:
– Travel: 25×25 mm to 100×100 mm
– Micrometer drives with 0.01 mm graduation; low-profile for long-WD objectives
– Stage inserts: slide holder (75×25 mm) and well plate adapters

Motorized XY stages:
– Stepper motor; 0.1 um step with microstepping
– Encoded closed-loop versions with linear encoder feedback
– Travel: 100×100 mm standard; up to 200×200 mm for large-area scanning
– Joystick and USB/RS-232 control; SHOT controller compatible

Piezo XY stages:
– 100 um x 100 um travel; sub-nm resolution with capacitive sensor feedback
– Resonant frequency above 1 kHz; for high-speed STED, confocal, AFM scanning

Accessories:
– Well plate adapters: 96-well, 24-well, 6-well SBS footprint
– Slide holders: single and multi-slide
– Heating stage inserts: temperature control to 37 C for live cell imaging
