Optosigma Cameras are scientific-grade digital cameras for optical laboratory and industrial imaging. They span from compact USB beam profiler cameras to cooled sCMOS cameras for low-light fluorescence microscopy.

Beam profiling cameras:
– Si CCD sensors: 350 nm to 1100 nm; pixel size 4-7 um for high-resolution beam analysis
– InGaAs sensors: 900 nm to 1700 nm for NIR and telecom laser profiling
– Frame rate: 30 fps standard; up to 100 fps for dynamic beam analysis
– Software: beam analysis suite with 2D/3D profile and M2 measurement

Scientific CMOS cameras:
– Back-illuminated sCMOS: QE over 90%; read noise below 2 electrons
– Sensor formats: 1/2-inch to 1-inch; pixel size 2.4-6.5 um
– Peltier cooling: sensor -20 C below ambient; reduces dark current for long exposures
– Applications: fluorescence microscopy, single-molecule imaging

Machine vision cameras:
– GigE Vision or USB3 Vision; global shutter CMOS; C-mount interface
– Trigger and strobe I/O for synchronized acquisition
