S-Beam

The double-bending beam design provides a highly linear output across the full rated capacity, with minimal sensitivity to off-axis forces when properly constrained. The through-hole mounting configuration allows the sensor to be integrated into mechanical assemblies using standard hardware, making S-Beam load cells one of the most versatile and widely deployed force sensor configurations for both laboratory and industrial use.

FUTEK’s S-Beam sensors are manufactured with premium alloy steel or stainless steel elements, with stainless steel options providing IP68 protection for wash-down, outdoor, or corrosive environments. Electrical output is a standard millivolt-per-volt (mV/V) signal compatible with any strain-gauge signal conditioner or data acquisition system.
