The BioLogic BCS-975R Premium is BioLogic’s high-rate premium battery cycling platform, combining the high-throughput channel architecture of the BCS series with enhanced current output per channel and premium measurement specifications for demanding battery testing applications. Where standard BCS cyclers address research cycling of coin cells and small pouch cells, the BCS-975R Premium targets testing protocols that require higher sustained currents — such as formation cycling of 18650/21700 cylindrical cells, high-rate capability characterization of large-format prismatic cells, and pulse power testing that demands rapid current switching at elevated amplitudes.

Like all BioLogic battery cycling systems, the BCS-975R Premium provides full potentiostat/galvanostat and EIS capability on every channel. This is a fundamental distinction from basic battery testers used in manufacturing QC, which perform only pass/fail cycling without electrochemical measurement capability. The BCS-975R Premium enables the complete spectrum of research-grade electrochemical measurements — CV, EIS, GITT, PITT, rate capability, and Embedded EIS during cycling — at currents relevant to real-world cell formats and use cases.
