Customization scope covers all primary sensor parameters: pressure type (gauge, absolute, differential, sealed gauge, vacuum/compound), measurement range and overload rating, diaphragm material and surface finish (stainless steel 316L, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, titanium, silicon for cleanroom or biocompatible applications), process port type and thread standard (NPT, BSP, SAE, JIC, metric, custom geometry), housing dimensions and mounting, electrical connector type and position, cable specifications, and IP/NEMA sealing rating.
Signal conditioning customization includes bridge-only mV/V output, amplified analog voltage (any range from 0.5–4.5V to 0–10V), 4-20 mA current loop, digital protocols (I2C, SPI, RS-232, RS-485, CAN bus, HART), and wireless output options for remote applications.
