A JPK AFM system (Germany) is integrated with a HORIBA Raman system (France), with Raman mapping performed through the AFM software. The setup includes BX41 microscope for solid samples and IX81 inverted microscope for biological samples, with three excitation lines: 633 nm built-in, plus 785 nm and 532 nm external lines. This TERS system enables nanoscale chemical imaging.
